​Our lamb is antibiotic-free, hormone-free, USDA inspected, and vacuum sealed so that we can offer you the highest quality product possible. We raise our sheep using a practice called rotational grazing. Small pasture areas are set up using portable fencing and moved every 2-3 days to ensure our lambs and ewes have fresh feed every day. This method requires a lot of effort for us sheepherders, but rotational grazing offers significant benefits for soil and animal health.

We lamb twice a year on the farm, which allows us to restock our freezers in late August and November to provide for every holiday and occasion.
